HANDS FREE FEATURE ON HAND HELD

Q.HOW DO I USE THE HANDSFREE MODE TO MAKE A CALL?

A. Press the SPEAKER key to get line

Enter phone number

Press END to end call

THE SPEAKER KEY IS A TOGGLE SWITCH ON/OFF. IT WILL SWITCH THE PHONE FROM HANDSET MODE TO HANDS FREE MODE DURING CONVERSATION.

Q. HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERCOM CALL?

A. For Handset Mode, press INTERCOM

you will hear an internal dial-tone,

Enter the extension number

To finish the call press END

For Handsfree Mode press INTERCOM then press SPEAKER

you will hear the internal dial-tone then press extension number

To finish call press END.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS?

A. Press TALK on the Handset Mode and SPEAKER on the Hands Free Mode. To finish press END.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE INTERCOM CALLS?

A. PressTALK on the Handset Mode and SPEAKER on the Hands Free Mode. To finish press END.

Q. HOW DO I REDIAL?

A. The phone stores the number of the last outgoing call only. Press REDIAL then TALK ( for handset mode) or SPEAKER (for the hands free mode.)
