A. Press TALK to get a line, enter the number to be called, press END to end the call.

Q. HOW DO I USE THE HANDSFREE MODE TO MAKE A CALL?

A. Press the SPEAKER key to get a line, enter the number to be called, Press END to end the call.

THE SPEAKER KEY IS A TOGGLE SWITCH ON/OFF. IT WILL SWITCH THE PHONE FROM HANDSET MODE TO HANDS FREE MODE DURING CONVERSATION.

Q. HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERCOM CALL?

A. On the Handset, press INTERCOM you will hear an internal dial-tone, enter the extension

number. To finish the call press END

To use Handsfree Mode press INTERCOM then press SPEAKER you will hear the internal dial-tone, enter the extension number. To finish the call press END.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS?

A. Press TALK for Handset Mode and SPEAKER for Handsfree Mode. To finish press END.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE INTERCOM CALLS?

A. PressTALK for Handset Mode and SPEAKER for Handsfree Mode. To finish press END.

Q. HOW DO I SET UP THE VOICE MAIL ON MY EXTENSIONS?

A. To enable you to record a personal greeting at your extension you need to enable the extension to ' Call Forward' to 'Voice Mail' - Press MENU on the extension - use the arrows to scroll to 'Call Setting' - Press SELECT - Scroll to 'Call Forward' - Press SELECT - Choose 'ON' this turns on the call forwarding.

Now select the destination, Choose 'Voice mail', Press SELECT, Choose when you want the voice mail to answer - 'IMMEDIATELY', only when 'BUSY', when 'NO ANSWER' , or 'BUSY and NO ANSWER '.

Q. HOW DO I RECORD A VOICE MAIL GREETING ON MY EXTENSION?

A. From the user menu on your extension

SELECT 'Voice Mail '

SELECT 'Voice Prompt'

Follow instructions from voice prompt.

Q. HOW DO I SET UP A RING-TONE AND ADJUST THE VOLUME?

A. Both incoming and intercom calls can be adjusted for ring-tone and volume. At the extension press MENU, use the up/down key to locate 'Phone Setting' press SELECT then 'Ringer'

Line ring VOL press up/down to select volume level from 0-31 SELECT

Line ring TONE press up/down to select pattern from 0-7 SELECT

Intercom Ring VOL press up/down to select volume level 0-31 SELECT

Intercom Ringer TONE press up/down to select pattern from 0-7 SELECT

Q. HOW DO I ADJUST THE KEY TONES ON MY EXTENSION?

A. On the extension press the MENU button, use the up/down keys to locate ' Phone settings'

SELECT 'key sounds', SELECT 'ON'

Adjust volume using up/down keys.

Q. CAN I HAVE A DEDICATED FAX LINE AND STILL HAVE THE LINE AVAILABLE FOR OUTGOING CALLS?

A. Yes to set this up use EXT- 0.

Go to MENU, Select 'CALL CONFIGURATION', Select 'ADVANCED SETUP', Select ' LINE MODE'.

Choose the line you want to dedicate to the fax and press that number.

Choose 'LINE OUT ONLY', Press SELECT.

Q. DOES THE PHONE STORE MORE THAN ONE NUMBER IN REDIAL?

A. The phone stores the number of the last outgoing call only. Press REDIAL then TALK ( for handset mode) or SPEAKER (for the handsfree mode.)
