Q. HOW DO I MAKE A CALL ON THE DESKTOP EXTENSION?

A. Pick up the handset and wait for a dial-tone then dial the number. The desktop will automatically search for an available line from lines 1-3 if no line is available then a busy-tone will be heard. Alternatively you can pick up the handset and press line 1, 2 or 3. then dial the number. To use hands free mode press the SPEAKER KEY.
